Step 1: Choose your preferred method to contact our support team.

  • Option 1: Email
    Send an email to support@markets.com.

  • Option 2: Phone
Visit the markets.com "Contact Us" page to find the phone number for your local region.

Step 2: Let the support team know that you would like to close your markets.com account indicating the reason where possible. Be sure to mention the email address associated with your login details.

Step 3: Check your email inbox for confirmation that the account closure has been completed.

Please note that due to Anti Money Laundering (AML) regulations we are legally obligated to keep your account information on file for a minimum of 7 years. This is done to protect you and everyone in the markets.com ecosystem from illegal activity. The advantage of this is that if you would like to reopen your account, you can simply contact support with the email address attached to your account and they will be happy to reopen it for you. Updated information may be requested.

If you have questions or need assistance regarding the account closure/deactivation process or any other aspect of the markets.com app, please do not hesitate to reach out to the 24/5 customer service team using any of the above methods.
