About

NCI Building Systems, now Cornerstone Building Brands, traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol NCI.US. The company was a leading manufacturer of metal components for the low-rise non-residential construction industry. Its products included metal roofing, wall panels, and framing systems used in commercial, industrial, and agricultural buildings. NCI Building Systems was acquired by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in 2018 and subsequently merged with Ply Gem Building Products to form Cornerstone Building Brands, which trades under the symbol CNR. While the NCI.US ticker is no longer actively traded, it historically represented NCI Building Systems' publicly listed shares.
