Factors

Underlying Bond Performance: CZOVX invests in U.S. Treasury securities. The prices of these bonds directly impact the fund's net asset value (NAV). Yield increases lower bond prices, NAV falls.

Interest Rate Movements: Federal Reserve interest rate policy heavily influences Treasury yields. Rate hikes tend to decrease bond prices, NAV decreases. Rate cuts increase prices, NAV increases.

Inflation Expectations: Higher inflation erodes the real value of bonds, causing prices to fall. Lower inflation has the opposite effect. Inflation expectations influence yield and NAV.

Credit Risk (Limited): While Treasuries are considered risk-free, broader market sentiment regarding U.S. creditworthiness can subtly affect prices. Perceived instability might marginally lower the NAV.

Fund Flows: Significant inflows into CZOVX may cause the fund to purchase more bonds, potentially driving up prices slightly. Outflows can force selling, putting downward pressure.

Economic Growth: Strong economic growth often leads to higher interest rates as the Fed combats inflation, decreasing bond prices. Slow growth or recession fears tend to lower rates and increase prices.
