ULTY.US represents ProShares Ultra Technology, an exchange-traded fund (ETF) that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times (2x) the daily performance of the Dow Jones U.S. Technology Index. This index includes U.S. companies in the technology sector, primarily focusing on software, hardware, and IT services. As a leveraged ETF, ULTY is designed for short-term trading and is not suitable for long-term investment due to the effects of compounding, which can lead to performance significantly different from the stated multiple over extended periods.
