About

LIBD.US represents the Roundhill Bitcoin Covered Call Strategy ETF. This exchange-traded fund (ETF) aims to generate income by selling covered call options on Bitcoin holdings. It does not directly invest in Bitcoin; instead, it holds shares of other ETFs that track the price of Bitcoin, such as spot Bitcoin ETFs. The fund then writes (sells) covered call options on a portion of these holdings, receiving premiums in exchange for potentially limiting upside gains on its Bitcoin exposure. Investors may consider LIBD for its potential income generation through option premiums, while accepting a capped potential return compared to holding Bitcoin directly.
