FEMS.US refers to the iShares MSCI Frontier and Select EM ETF. This ETF seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of frontier market equities and select emerging market equities. Frontier markets are less developed emerging markets, often smaller in size and with lower liquidity than traditional emerging markets. The fund provides investors with exposure to a broad range of companies located in these rapidly growing economies, offering diversification benefits and potential for high growth, but also carrying higher risk due to the political and economic instability often associated with these markets. The fund is listed on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the ticker FEMS.
