FEM.US refers to the First Trust Emerging Markets AlphaDEX ETF. This exchange-traded fund (ETF) seeks to track the performance of the NASDAQ AlphaDEX Emerging Markets Index. The index is designed to select and weight stocks from emerging market countries based on growth factors including sales growth, price appreciation, and momentum, as well as value factors like book value to price, cash flow to price, and return on assets. FEM.US allows investors to gain exposure to a diversified portfolio of emerging market equities selected using this quantitative, factor-based methodology. The ETF is listed on the Nasdaq stock exchange.
