EKGAX.US represents the iShares ESG Aware MSCI EAFE ETF. This exchange-traded fund (ETF) seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI EAFE ESG Aware Index. The index aims to represent large- and mid-capitalization companies in developed markets, excluding the U.S. and Canada, that have positive environmental, social, and governance (ESG) characteristics relative to their sector peers. EKGAX provides investors with exposure to a diversified portfolio of international stocks while considering ESG factors in the stock selection process. It is used by investors who are looking to align their investments with their values and who believe that companies with strong ESG practices may outperform over the long term.
