Factors

FactorName: BXEYX.US's price, like other bond funds, is primarily affected by interest rate changes. When interest rates rise, bond prices typically fall, and vice versa. This is because newly issued bonds offer higher yields, making existing bonds with lower yields less attractive.

FactorName: The fund's holdings, which are primarily US Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities (TIPS), make its price sensitive to inflation expectations. Higher inflation expectations typically increase the value of TIPS, pushing the fund's price up. Lower expectations do the reverse.

FactorName: Credit risk, though generally low for US Treasury securities, can still play a role. Any perceived increase in the risk of the US government defaulting on its debt obligations, however unlikely, would negatively impact the fund's price.
