Factors

Constituent Bond Prices: BUFD tracks an index of defined maturity Treasury bonds. Price changes in those bonds directly impact the ETF's price.

Interest Rate Changes: As a bond ETF, BUFD's price is inversely related to interest rates. Rising rates typically lead to lower prices, and vice versa.

Supply and Demand: Like any ETF, BUFD's price is also subject to the forces of supply and demand in the market.

Time to Maturity: As the bonds in the ETF approach their maturity date, the ETF's price will converge towards the par value of those bonds, regardless of interest rate fluctuations.
