About

AGQ.US represents the ProShares Ultra Silver ETF. This ETF seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times (2x) the daily performance of the Bloomberg Silver Subindex. It is designed for investors who want to amplify the daily price movements of silver. As a leveraged ETF, AGQ is not suitable for all investors and should not be expected to provide two times the return of silver over periods longer than one day. The fund primarily invests in financial instruments such as swap agreements and futures contracts in order to achieve its leveraged exposure to silver. Due to the effects of compounding, its performance can deviate significantly from the stated multiple of the underlying index over longer holding periods, and it carries a higher level of risk than non-leveraged silver ETFs.
