How to transfer funds to MetaTrader

Here, we’re going to go through how to transfer funds to your MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 accounts.

It’s simple enough to do. Just follow the step-by-step instructions here.

Once you’ve logged into your trading platform, head to the main options menu in the top right of the screen:

Click the ‘My Portal’ option in the drop-down menu that appears:

You should then be taken through to the list of your trading accounts.
There are two options here:

If you want to directly add more funds to your MT4 or MT5 accounts, scroll down to those accounts and click the ‘Add funds’ option.

You will then be taken through the normal payment screen.

If, on the other hand, you want to transfer from an existing account into your MT4 or MT5 accounts, click the white and blue ‘Funds Transfer’ button at the top right of the account list.

You’ll then be presented with a new pop-up menu that looks like this:

All you need to do is enter the amount you want to transfer (which will be set to your account’s main currency), and then select:

  • The origin account. (Where you want the money to come from)
  • The destination account. (Where you want the money to go to, in this case either of your MetaTrader accounts)

Once you’ve done this, press the blue ‘Transfer’ button, and the money will move between your accounts.

And that’s it!
