About

XACT Bull 2 is an Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) managed by Handelsbanken Fonder AB and traded on the Nasdaq Stockholm exchange under the ticker symbol XACT-BULL-2.ST. The fund aims to provide twice the daily return of the OMX Stockholm 30 Index (OMXS30), which tracks the 30 most traded stocks on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. This means the fund uses leverage to amplify the returns of the index, and therefore also magnifies the losses if the index declines. It is designed for short-term investment horizons due to the effects of compounding and the daily rebalancing required to maintain its leverage.

Factors

Underlying Index Performance: The primary driver is the performance of the OMXS30 index. XACT-BULL-2.ST aims to deliver twice the daily percentage change of this index. Leverage Factor: The 2x leverage amplifies both gains and losses. This makes it more volatile than the underlying index. Management Fees and Expenses: These reduce the ETF's net asset value and therefore its price, though their impact is usually small daily. Supply and Demand: Market forces like buying and selling pressure also cause price fluctuations. High demand increases the price, while high supply decreases it.
