About

PEN.STU is the financial product symbol for P/E Nations AB's unit rights traded on the Spotlight Stock Market in Sweden. These unit rights, also sometimes referred to as "teckningsrätter", grant existing shareholders the preferential right to subscribe for new shares in a rights issue undertaken by P/E Nations AB. The trading of these rights allows shareholders who do not wish to participate in the rights issue to sell their rights to others who may want to increase their potential holdings in the company. After a specific period, the unit rights cease to exist, and any rights not exercised or sold become valueless.
