About

CHK.STU represents shares of Chesapeake Energy Corporation's subscription rights traded on the Nasdaq Stockholm exchange. These subscription rights were issued to existing shareholders of Chesapeake Energy as part of a rights offering. Subscription rights give holders the option, but not the obligation, to purchase new shares of Chesapeake Energy at a predetermined price during a specified period. The trading of these rights allows shareholders who do not wish to exercise their rights to sell them to others who do. Once the subscription period ends, the rights expire and become worthless.
