CFRT.TO represents the CI First Asset Canadian REIT ETF, an exchange-traded fund listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. This ETF aims to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before fees and expenses, the performance of the FTSE Canada All Cap Real Estate Capped 25% Index. This index tracks the performance of publicly traded Canadian real estate investment trusts (REITs) and real estate operating companies. By investing in CFRT.TO, investors gain diversified exposure to the Canadian real estate sector through a single investment vehicle.
