About

Factors

Underlying Assets: BKAG's price mirrors its holdings—Treasuries, corporate bonds, MBS, etc. Rising bond values lift the ETF; falling values lower it.

Interest Rates: Higher rates depress bond prices, reducing BKAG's NAV. Lower rates generally boost bond values, increasing the ETF's price.

Credit Spreads: Widening spreads signal higher risk, decreasing bond values & BKAG's price. Narrowing spreads suggest lower risk, often raising the ETF's value.

Supply and Demand: Increased demand can temporarily push BKAG's market price above its NAV (premium). Excess supply can cause the market price to dip below NAV (discount).
