Cathie Wood is something of a pioneer in the world of investing and finance: not only is she one of the few female leaders in this sector, but she’s also breaking ground in some of the investments she is making. Wood is a hugely influential presence in the exchange traded fund (ETF) arena as ARK is all about disruptive technology and focuses on a range of themes.

 

Wood’s ETFs are also performing well. The Genomic ETF (ARKG) is up over 214% in the last year (as of Feb 18th, 2021). ARKK – the Innovation ETF – is up 170% in 12 months.

ARKQ – ARK Autonomous Technology & Robotics ETF 

 

ARKQ constituents are focused on, and are expected to substantially benefit from, the development of new products or services, technological improvements, and scientific research advancements in areas like energy, automation and manufacturing, materials, and transportation.
