Tied Agents

Please find below Safecap Investments Limited’s Tied Agents and their information.

Felson Limited with incorporation number 293566, signed a Tied Agent Agreement with Safecap Investments Ltd on 1st April 2012.

Felson Limited has its registered offices at 42 Dositheou Street, Strovolos, 2028, Nicosia, Cyprus.

In accordance with the Tied Agent Agreement please note the following:

Services Felson Limited is authorized to provide include:

(A)    Reception and transmission of orders in relation to one or more financial instruments;
(B)    Promotion of investment and ancillary services;
(C)    Attraction of clients and prospective clients;

Restrictions on Felson Limited’s activities include:

(A)    The Tied Agent and the persons employed by it are not allowed to be authorised through a power of attorney giving them representative power for conducting transactions in financial instruments on behalf of others.
(B)    The Tied Agent and the persons employed by it are not allowed to receive Clients’ money, either in cash, cheques or in any other form, aiming to or relating with the carrying out of financial transactions.
(C)    The Tied Agent is not allowed to authorise its own associates to receive orders from clients and transmit them to Safecap, unless it has received the prior written consent of the Company.
